About The Position

This role is responsible for managing a community office, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales. The position requires a thorough understanding of bank products and services, as well as operational policies and procedures. The Community Office Manager will also have minimal consumer lending authority and needs to ensure excellent customer service is provided.

Requirements

  • Education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Specialized banking education and training.
  • S.A.F.E. Act certification required.
  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to manage a staff of less than five (5) employees.
  • Minimal consumer lending authority.
  • A thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services.
  • A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures.
  • Visual and auditory skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' related experience.

Responsibilities
