CarePartners is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who desire significant flexibility in their schedules. This is a Part-Time position located in the Collingwood area.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- Current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome
- Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
- Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school
- Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
- Performing other clinical duties as required
