About The Position

CarePartners is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to work in their clinic in Kincardine, ON. This is a part-time position with hours during clinic operations, including weekends and weekdays. The role involves developing and maintaining effective Care Plans, providing exceptional in-person nursing services, and performing a wide spectrum of services within the clinic, such as compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, and catheter management. They care for approximately 72,000 patients annually across various settings and have over 24 nursing clinics.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
  • A current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
  • Performing other clinical duties as required
