This role expands access to homeownership by building trusted referral networks that connect more qualified borrowers with Credit Human’s mortgage solutions. By strengthening partner engagement and generating a sustainable pipeline of quality opportunities, the role supports responsible growth, member impact, and long-term profitability.

Requirements

1 year of Sales Experience related to role
3+ years of Mortgage Experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
In-depth mortgage loan knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong sales aptitude with proven closing skills
Customer service focus
Ability to represent the credit union in a professional manner, verbally and in writing
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving presentations
High School Diploma
Registration as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Build and activate a diverse network of referral partners that produces a consistent pipeline of qualified mortgage opportunities.
Grow mortgage referral volume and market share by executing focused business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
Strengthen partner retention and satisfaction through responsive communication, education, and timely issue resolution.
Convert prospective referral sources into productive relationships by assessing strategic fit, referral potential, and the right Credit Human channel.
Expand Credit Human’s visibility and credibility through community engagement, professional networks, educational presentations, and industry events.
Use market, partner, and performance insights to improve lead quality, products, services, and referral processes.
Collaborate across Home Loans, operations, portfolio management, and marketing to advance growth objectives while supporting quality, profitability, and risk standards.
