The Community Marketing Specialist plays a key role in generating awareness on behalf of our clinics in your assigned region. You are often the first point of contact in the community. Your job is to build relationships, represent our brand, and create clear pathways that connect people back to our clinics. This role works in close partnership with clinic staff. You will build awareness externally while ensuring a warm and welcoming introduction to the clinic team when care is needed. Success in this role comes from strong relationship building, consistent field presence, and clear follow-through. This role is part of our growing Community Marketing Team. This is a field-based role with defined time expectations: 60% Field Marketing Community outreach, relationship building, and event participation 20% Planning, Preparation, and other Marketing Outreach planning, follow-ups, coordination, and local marketing execution 20% Administrative Responsibilities Reporting, email communication, meetings, and online reputation management You are expected to maintain a consistent presence in your designated areas. Travel is required and is a core function of the role.
