About The Position

The Community Marketing Representative's primary role is to be present in the community, engaging with people and booking events. This involves identifying and securing event locations such as apartment communities, local employers, health fairs, senior communities, recreation centers, and neighborhood gatherings. The representative will then host these events, which include providing food, facilitating sign-ups for new dental patients, and offering a welcome gift to attendees. The core function is to drive new patient acquisition through community outreach and event management. This is a field-based position, not a desk job, requiring constant interaction and movement within the community.

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license.
  • Current auto insurance.
  • Availability for regular evening and some weekend events.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, CRM, and shared calendar.
  • Ability to lift and carry event supplies (approximately 30 pounds).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Build a list of potential venues including apartment communities, employers, community organizations, and local events.
  • Contact potential venues via phone, email, and in-person visits to propose and schedule events.
  • Maintain a full event calendar, aiming for approximately three events per week, booked at least a month in advance.
  • Manage all aspects of event execution: setup, hosting, and breakdown.
  • Oversee the sign-up process to ensure all leads are accurately entered into the system.
  • Capture photos and short videos at events for the marketing team.
  • Track event performance, including venue success, days, times, and sign-up rates, and submit a weekly recap report.
  • Generate and propose new ideas for community outreach and event strategies.
