Summary We’re seeking outgoing, driven Community Marketing Agent to represent Sports Illustrated Resorts at live sports, entertainment, and community events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves engaging with people, and knows how to turn excitement and conversation into meaningful brand connections. As a Community Marketing Agent, you’ll be the face of the brand—creating memorable experiences, building rapport with fans, and introducing travel opportunities in a natural, engaging way.

Requirements

  • High energy, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging people in busy, live environments
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, travel, or hospitality
  • Ability to quickly read guests and adapt conversations in real time
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and event schedules
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador experience a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Engage fans and guests at live sports, festivals, concerts, and partner events
  • Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Start conversations that feel authentic—not scripted or transactional
  • Qualify interest and capture guest information accurately
  • Promote event-specific offers, incentives, and travel experiences
  • Work closely with event leadership to ensure smooth on-site execution
  • Maintain brand standards, setup, and presentation throughout the activation
