About The Position

Passage Health is seeking a high-energy Community Marketer to serve as the external face of the company within the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships with professionals in the autism care industry, such as BCBAs, clinical directors, and owner-operators. The Community Marketer will represent Passage at industry events, organize engaging gatherings, and foster a strong brand reputation. The goal is to ensure Passage Health is recognized as a leading software solution for autism care, driving pipeline and strengthening the brand. This position can be remote within the US or hybrid in the NYC office, requiring up to 25% travel for conferences, customer visits, and company offsites.

Requirements

  • Genuine enthusiasm for the mission of improving autism care.
  • Extroverted personality with a natural ability to energize from interacting with people, navigate conference environments, and initiate conversations.
  • Direct experience working in or with the ABA industry is strongly preferred, with an existing network of BCBAs, clinical directors, or owner-operators.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing events from start to finish, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including crafting compelling event invitations, delivering effective pitches, and representing the company on panels.
  • Comfort with up to 25% travel and adaptability to event-driven work schedules.
  • High sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Passage's event strategy and calendar, including selecting ABA conferences, association events, and regional convenings to attend.
  • Represent Passage at industry conferences by staffing booths, engaging attendees, and building a network.
  • Plan and execute Passage-hosted events such as dinners, roundtables, customer meetups, and conference side events.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, RSVPs, on-site experience, and follow-up.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key figures in the ABA community, including clinicians, owner-operators, and industry organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to translate community engagement into sales pipeline, content, customer references, and case studies.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to manage Passage's presence in online ABA communities, Slack groups, LinkedIn networks, and industry publications.
  • Track event ROI, community feedback, and pipeline impact, using insights to inform future planning and prioritization.
  • Analyze industry trends, news, and emerging signals to develop clear perspectives that shape the community and brand narrative.
