The Community Manager is responsible for fostering excellent resident relations, supervising maintenance and service teams, managing financial responsibilities including budgeting and reporting, overseeing rent collection and legal notices, and handling all personnel issues. Additionally, the role requires managing and creating marketing strategies for the community and performing duties of an Assistant Manager and Leasing Consultant as needed.
