About The Position

Goodwin and Company is seeking an onsite HOA manager for an established, built-out, resident-controlled single-family neighborhood in southwest Austin. The community has 1,505 units, seven board members, two large amenities, and homes priced around $750,000–$1.5 million. The manager will support the Association and its Board of Directors with financial guidance, vendor oversight, maintenance and improvement projects, board action items, and meetings, while providing high-quality service to the Board and residents.

Requirements

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Ability to deliver five-star customer service to the Board and residents.
• Ability to advise and direct the Board in making necessary decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions.
• Assess clients’ assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions.
• Manage vendors through contracted services.
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s).
• Develop requests for proposals (RFPs) and scopes of work for projects.
• Assist the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists.
• Attend and conduct Board of Directors meetings.
• Deliver five-star customer service to the Board and residents.
• Advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions.
