About The Position
Goodwin and Co is seeking a Community Manager to rove and provide coverage as needed in the Austin market. The role supports community associations and their Boards of Directors, including financial guidance, vendor management, maintenance and improvement projects, and board meeting support. Candidates should have experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations and provide five-star customer service to boards and residents. Requirements
- Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions.
- Assess clients’ assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions.
- Manage vendors through contracted services.
- Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the association(s).
- Develop requests for proposals (RFPs) and scopes of work for projects.
- Assist Boards of Directors with action items and to-do lists.
- Attend and conduct Board of Directors meetings.
- Deliver five-star customer service to the Board and residents.
- Advise and direct the Board in making necessary decisions.
