About The Position

Brookside is seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Manager to lead Kirkwood Place, a boutique Class A apartment community with 57 homes in Greensboro, NC. This role offers a significant impact opportunity in a high-quality, close-knit community. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations, drive leasing, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage financials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience preferably in a Class A property
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate your leasing and maintenance teams
  • Excellent communication skills for building lasting relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred, but training available)
  • Financial expertise in budgeting, collections, and maximizing property performance
  • Detail-oriented approach to property inspections, resident satisfaction, and community standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations and team performance
  • Drive leasing efforts, maintain high occupancy, and build resident retention strategies
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and a premium living experience for all residents
  • Manage financials, budgets, and reporting with precision
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
