About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a part-time Community Manager at Lake Harbor Apartments in Charlevoix, Michigan. The role oversees the apartment community’s daily operations, addresses resident concerns, collects rent, markets the community, and leads site staff. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, welcomes new challenges, has a passion for property management, and is committed to creating happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Property management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Budgeting experience.
- A customer service mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License; the company pays for it.
