About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Tupelo Alley, an apartment community in Portland, Oregon. The role is responsible for building and training the property team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and handling operational tasks that support the property’s success. Candidates must have recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community and supervisory or management experience. The position requires operations skills in areas such as marketing, budgets, and sales. Yardi experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

Requirements

• Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Team-building and effective management skills.
• Demonstrated operations skills, including marketing, budgets, and sales.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties as a condition of employment.
