About The Position

Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Community Manager position at Cambridge Village Apartment Homes, a 320-unit community located in Bakersfield, CA. This role is responsible for creating a living environment for residents that exemplifies California living at its best. The Community Manager will also be responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out the objectives of ownership. The Community Manager is the face of the community and the boots on the ground.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team.
Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
Knowledge and understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Valid California Driver's License and car insurance.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
