The Community Manager will receive general supervision and direction from their Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM), with the potential for discretionary decision-making. Communication with the Owner will be through TM Associates Management Officers. The Community Manager must comply with established policies and procedures and will be directly accountable for the complete operation of the site, including supervising all TMAM staff associated with the community and ensuring their performance standards.
