Kiln, which opened its first two locations in 2018, is rapidly expanding throughout the western United States and is pioneering the future of hybrid work within the 'flex-office' niche. The Community Manager will be the face of the Kiln brand in Phoenix, Arizona, leading the day-to-day curation of a vibrant community, supporting the development and management of a high-performing team, and ensuring all aspects of the Kiln site run seamlessly to provide a dynamic and frictionless working environment for members. This role partners closely with the Area Manager to support Kiln’s success in the Phoenix market and requires flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
