About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager to oversee Lincoln Park Lofts, Raupp Street Apartments, and Rivers Edge Apartments in Lincoln Park and Melvindale, Michigan. The role oversees the daily operations of the apartment communities, handles resident concerns and rent collection, markets the communities, and leads site staff. The ideal candidate enjoys new challenges, has a passion for property management, and strives to create happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude. Requirements
- Property management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Budgeting experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License; the company pays for the license.
