About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Diamond Place I & II in Grand Rapids, MI. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resident concerns, handle rent collection, market the community, and lead the site staff.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
