The Community Manager's primary responsibility is the daily operations and oversight of Section 8 Based and Tax Credit communities. This role serves as the point of contact for the managing property and stakeholders, provides leadership and direct supervision of staff, ensures superb customer service, and manages all aspects of the apartment community operations within their portfolio. This includes implementing the annual business plan for the property, ensuring excellence in financial management, maximizing occupancy levels, community values, compliance, and staff/vendor oversight. The role also assures that the environment of the property reflects the philosophy of the company.
