The Community Manager's primary responsibility is the daily operations and oversight of a 107-unit Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit community. This role serves as the point of contact for the managing property and stakeholders, provides leadership and direct supervision of the staff, ensures superb customer service, and manages all aspects of the apartment community operations under their portfolio. This includes implementing the annual business plan for the property, ensuring excellence in financial management, maximizing occupancy levels, community values, compliance, and staff/vendor oversight. Moreover, assuring that the environment of the property reflects the philosophy of the company.
