Requirements

2+ years of apartment industry or multifamily property management experience required
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with budgeting, collections, occupancy management, and resident relations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and communities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous experience managing multiple properties preferred
Entrata experience preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for multiple apartment communities
Lead leasing, resident retention, and occupancy initiatives
Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
Conduct property inspections and ensure curb appeal and community standards are maintained
Recruit, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
Deliver outstanding customer service and resident experiences
Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and operational procedures
Partner with regional leadership to achieve property and portfolio goals
