About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Community Manager Contractor to maintain the condition of our mobile home parks. This is a flexible, hands-on role with variable hours, approximately 6-20 hours per week depending on the season. The compensation is $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Spray weeds weekly during spring, summer, and fall
• Blow and collect leaves once a week
• Toss junk and help keep the park clean
• Check and clean the laundry every other day
• Help with small repairs and general upkeep
• Post notices, communicate with tenants, and knock on doors when needed
• Assist with move-ins and general park support
• Film the park using a phone or GoPro to share updates with owners and help show the condition of the property
• Report any issues immediately to the Regional Manager
