About The Position

LSA Management is hiring a Community Manager to lead operations and create welcoming, engaging environments across our multifamily and senior housing communities. This role is perfect for a relationship-driven leader who values customer service, resident engagement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multifamily housing experience
  • 1+ year as a Community Manager
  • Proven success creating engaging resident experiences
  • Property management software experience (RealPage preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior housing or age-restricted communities strongly preferred
  • Market-rate background a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily property operations and on-site teams
  • Manage financial performance including budgets, occupancy, and rent collections
  • Plan and host resident events and community programming
  • Build strong relationships with residents, with sensitivity to senior living needs
  • Oversee maintenance operations and vendor partnerships
  • Uphold LSA's service standards and community values
