About The Position

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead a small on-site team and manage the full operation of a community of 181 homes. This role involves managing the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience of residents. The Community Manager will have decision-making authority and will be responsible for the results of the community. Havenpark Communities owns and operates over 100 manufactured home communities and 30,000+ homesites across the United States, with a mission to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents. The role blends financial management with people leadership, including driving occupancy, overseeing the resident home-sale process, managing contractors, leading a team, and serving as the primary point of contact for residents.
