Requirements
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven success as a Property Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with budgets, collections, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with renovations or value-add communities is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of a 124-unit apartment community
- Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
- Manage budgets, collections, and NOI performance
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company standards
- Deliver a high-quality resident experience
- Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve community goals
