About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at one of our multifamily communities in greater Atlanta, GA, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing leasing, renewals, and collections, leading and mentoring the onsite team, partnering with leadership on value-add initiatives, and ensuring compliance with budgets and company policies. You’ll play a key role in repositioning and improving the community, have the opportunity to lead onsite operations and make an impact, be supported by a leadership team that invests in your growth and development, and gain valuable experience managing renovations, leasing strategies, and NOI growth. Requirements

2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
A proactive, results-driven mindset.
A positive, team-oriented approach.
Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.
Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.
Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.
