Workbox is seeking a full-time Community Manager to be based in their Salt Lake City, UT location. This role reports directly to the Director, Operations and interacts daily with internal departments, external vendors, and partners. The Community Manager is a high-impact, high-visibility role that serves as the face of Workbox, driving a best-in-class customer experience. This position manages the day-to-day operations of the community while also strategizing long-term with the operations team. The goal is to provide superior support to member companies and ensure efficient space operations. The Community Manager will partner with the sales team to support member acquisition, conduct tours for prospective members, drive member engagement, and ensure consistency for all current and potential members. Responsibilities include maintaining a vibrant sense of community, handling walk-in tours, and creating memorable member events by incorporating online tools and in-person networking to strengthen Workbox’s brand.
