The Community Manager will operate under the general supervision and direction of their Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM). This role grants the authority to make discretionary decisions in situations not covered by existing written instructions or policies. Communication with the Owner will be facilitated through the Officers of TM Associates Management. The Community Manager is fully accountable for the entire operation of the site and is responsible for supervising all other TMAM staff associated with the community, ensuring their adherence to performance standards.
