Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team.
Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
Knowledge and understanding of the importance of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
California Driver’s License is up to date as is your car insurance.
Driving record is something you’re proud of, even if it’s not perfect.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
