Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team.
  • Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the importance of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • California Driver’s License is up to date as is your car insurance.
  • Driving record is something you’re proud of, even if it’s not perfect.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
