Cambridge Management, Inc. (CMI) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily management of a multi-family community. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating all aspects of community operations, maximizing cash flow, preserving assets, achieving budgeted NOI, ensuring LIHTC and/or HUD compliance, providing a quality living environment for residents, and establishing a positive working environment for community team members. The specific duties will vary based on the size of the community and the number of staff available for delegation.
