About The Position

As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners. This is a full-time role based at 3414 Morningwood Drive Olney, MD 20832, with a compensation range of $80,000-$90,000.

Requirements

• Direct HOA / Community Management experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
• Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Industry certifications/licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)
• Drug and background screening required

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
• Leading Board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
• Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
• Reviewing financials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
• Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects
• Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards
• Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center
