About The Position

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. The Socure Intelligence Community is a curated network of fraud, identity, and risk leaders who collaborate to share real-world attack patterns, emerging threats, and response strategies across industries. This role is responsible for building and running this community, growing the network, shaping the member experience, and ensuring the community consistently delivers value. The Community Manager will lead events, build member relationships, and turn conversations into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and a track record of making things happen
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior leaders
  • Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through
  • 5–8 years in community, events, or customer-facing roles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk is a plus
  • Curious, energetic, and great at connecting people and ideas

Responsibilities

  • Build the network: Identify and recruit the right members. Maintain a high bar for who joins and why.
  • Design high-impact experiences: Run in-person and virtual sessions that drive meaningful participation and repeat engagement.
  • Turn conversation into insight: Capture what matters and synthesize it into clear themes and takeaways.
  • Run the system: Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive internal leverage: Share those insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy to inform decisions and action.
