About The Position

As a Community Manager, you will build authority and manage reputation on owned and third-party channels like Reddit. You will serve as the vital link between our users and our internal product and support teams. In this role, you will be the "boots on the ground," translating community needs into technical reality and ensuring our users have the information they need to succeed with our product.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand product architecture and engage with advanced power users.
  • Talent for translating complex technical jargon into clear, readable community posts.
  • Hands-on experience using tools like Jira or GitHub to track bugs and community issues.
  • Comfort using data tools to visualize community trends and support findings.
  • A background in technical support or developer relations managing high-touch interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full Reddit strategy, including SEO and engagement-driven native posting.
  • Manage the branded subreddit: maintain the content calendar, create content, and manage posting.
  • Drive activations in target subreddits by identifying opportunities and crafting articles for engagement.
  • Monitor community threads 5 days per week, providing daily reactive commenting.
  • Identify, categorize, and prioritize user feedback and feature requests from community threads.
  • Relay summarized user insights to internal Product Teams to inform the development cycle.
  • Identify complex user issues and route them to the correct internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for resolution.
  • Enforce community guidelines to maintain brand safety, reputation, and community health.
  • Execute a consistent rhythm of branded updates and communications.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on engagement, SEO, impressions, and sentiment tracking for product launches.
  • Perform LLM citation audits to measure brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
