About The Position
Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a temporary full-time position. The manager will oversee two townhome communities, one of which is an active adult community. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and property-management skills. Responsibilities include daily community operations, resident and Board communications, vendor coordination, property inspections, work-order follow-up, and oversight of ongoing projects.
