About The Position
The Enclave is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at The Enclave Apartments. This role involves leading daily community operations and leasing efforts, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. The Community Manager will mentor leasing and maintenance teams, ensure property compliance and reporting accuracy, and manage budgets, collections, and service requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of leasing, marketing, and collections
- Microsoft Office proficiency
