About The Position

The Avery Apartments in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced Bilingual Community Manager to lead operations. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive occupancy, lead a team, and create an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
• 2+ years of multifamily Community Manager experience (Required)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with budgeting, collections, and property operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Entrata is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the leasing and maintenance teams
• Deliver outstanding service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management
• Manage budgets and control operating expenses
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Maintain accurate reports and property records
• Foster a positive, welcoming community for all residents
