National Community Renaissance is committed to first-class management of its properties, transforming neighborhoods and residents' lives. The Community Manager II is the front line in implementing this vision, responsible for leading the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of a property within a region, while striving to maintain 100% occupancy. This role involves partnering with Hope Through Housing to develop and deliver social programs for residents and the neighborhood, requiring proactive behavior and measures to represent National Community Renaissance and build community relationships. The Community Manager II reports to the Regional Manager and/or Senior Community Manager and directs and supervises 3 or more on-site personnel and/or temporary resources.
