About The Position

This role is for a hands-on career in property management at Creekside at Pear Ridge Apartments, managed by Gaines Investment Trust. This includes responding to resident service requests, troubleshooting and completing repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining the overall condition of the community. Responsibilities

  • Completing resident service requests promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems
  • Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community
  • Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including completing repairs and ensuring homes are move-in ready
  • Inspecting apartments, common areas, and building systems for maintenance needs
  • Assisting with the upkeep of community amenities, grounds, and common areas
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas
  • Providing professional and courteous service when interacting with residents
  • Working closely with the onsite team to keep the community operating at a high standard
