The BCBA/LBA is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs for individuals receiving Community Living services. This position ensures Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are evidence-based, person-centered, and compliant with BACB standards, Missouri licensure requirements, and BHA policies. Working within a residential setting, the BCBA/LBA provides clinical leadership by training, coaching, and supervising staff to ensure behavior support plans are implemented consistently across all environments and shifts. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to improve safety, independence, and quality of life for the individuals served.
