Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dynamic Community Life Manager to lead engaging programs that enrich the lives of our Independent Living and Assisted Living residents. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for creating connection and enhancing quality of life
- Valid SC Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in senior living or community programming
Responsibilities
- Create and lead a diverse calendar of wellness, cultural, and social programs
- Drive resident engagement and satisfaction through meaningful experiences
- Partner with local Charleston organizations, entertainers, and community groups
- Lead wellness initiatives and support resident-led clubs and events
- Oversee communications, event planning, and volunteer coordination
- Build a welcoming, inclusive environment where residents thrive
