About The Position

Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Director to join our growing team! Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley opened July 2022 in Apple Valley, MN. It is located right off 155th Street across from Target. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 64-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Requirements

Must be compassionate and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of the tenants.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional experience in health care of at least 2 years

Responsibilities

Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
Purchase and maintain equipment and supplies and provide for their accessibility through organized storage.
Establishes Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with tenants, family, and volunteers.
Ability to train and motivate others while acting as a role model and mentor.
Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters, networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building.
Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following: Care conferences QAPI Department Head Meetings
