About The Position

Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our growing team! You can find us just off Main Street, East of the Old Course Sauk Centre. We are only a few minutes away from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and much more! Our Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
