About The Position

Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team! Sterling Pointe Senior Living is located not far from Highway 169 in Princeton, right across from Fairview Northland Medical Center and Princeton High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 57-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Sterling Pointe is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part Time 9:30am-5:00pm, every other weekend included and rotating holidays. Our Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
