Boden Maplewood - Community Life/Activities Assistant
About The Position
Boden Senior Living of Maplewood, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life/Activities Assistant to join their growing team. Boden Senior Living of Maplewood is located just off of Beam Avenue near the corner of Robinson Dr. and 113th Lane NW in Maplewood, MN. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous, apartment-style community providing Memory Care services. This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week and a wage of $17.50-$22.50 per hour. The role involves assisting the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
