About The Position

We are looking for positive, dependable, and detail-oriented employees to join our team. We are looking for a Marketing Liaison for our Texas territory. This role involves identifying and establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting sales visits and presentations, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, nurturing existing client relationships, attending industry events, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
• Willingness to travel both in and out of state.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote compounding pharmacy services.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
• Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.
