Community Liaison - SPANISH Speaking
About The Position
HRMC is looking for applicants to help bridge the gap between the community and health and social service system by providing one on one support to individuals and families. Enhance communication between community members, healthcare resources, organizations, and businesses through informal education, prescription assistance and assist in navigating through the health care system. This position will maintain and practice cultural competency and integrity within the community. Demonstrates the mission of HRMC by displaying REACH, our core value system: Respectful, Engaged, Available, Competent, and Helpful.
Requirements
- Certification or willing to obtain Community Healthcare Worker from an accredited college
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Familiar with community resources, 211 program, and local healthcare services
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Spanish Speaking
Responsibilities
