About The Position

A PRN Community Liaison of Kindful Health is an integral part of our team. The PRN Hospice Community Liaison works on an as-needed basis to support hospice referral growth by collaborating with sales liaisons and building key relationships. This PRN role provides flexibility for professionals passionate about hospice care, with opportunities for bonuses tied to referral growth and collaboration with a supportive sales team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare sales or hospice experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a compassionate, high-energy approach.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Mastery of all facets of hospice care.
• Communication style that makes everyone who works with them want to do their best.
• Happy in the field, providing patient care.
• Embraces new opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with current sales liaisons to strengthen existing referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community organizations.
• Identify and connect with new referral partners through outreach, educational presentations, and networking events to drive growth.
• Conduct sales calls, in-services, and community events to promote hospice services and eligibility criteria.
