About The Position

Healthcare California Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison Representative to join their team. Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing/sales in pharmaceutical, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, or other healthcare sales experience considered.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding services and eligibility requirements.
Strong follow-up and account management skills.
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
Ability to pass background screening and meet agency requirements.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
Educate referral sources on agency services, admission criteria, and patient eligibility.
Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, networking functions, and professional associations.
Assist referral sources, patients, and families in understanding available services.
Work with the clinical field team and management to develop a strategic marketing plan.
