Community Liaison
About The Position
The Community Liaison is responsible for the recruitment of LIFE participants into the program, and growth of enrollee census. Responsible for development and execution of marketing/sales plan to drive volume and achieve census goals by marketing services to providers, referral sources and the community at large. LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) is an all-inclusive comprehensive program that helps individuals maintain their independence in their home and community through supportive services. The LIFE programs offer an array of person-centered services from medical care to adult day supports with the primary goal of allowing individuals to remain in their own home.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 -3 years of healthcare, sales and/or marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Current State Driver’s license (in good standing).
